Project Overview

This proposal outlines the creation of "Symphony of Wine," a comprehensive audio production designed to elevate your wine and music pairing event. We will produce a unique audio track that guides your guests through a sensory journey, featuring custom AI-generated narration and music, blended with meticulously edited songs to complement each wine tasting.

Scope of Work

Detailed Scope of Work:

Part 1: Introduction Segment (Intro)

  • AI Voiceover: Creation of a professional voiceover using advanced AI text-to-speech technology to introduce the concept and set the ambiance. Multiple versions will be generated for selection.
  • AI Background Music: Development of an original introductory musical theme using AI composition tools to create an inviting, sophisticated atmosphere. Multiple versions will be generated for selection.
  • Mixing & Mastering: Seamless integration of the AI voiceover and background music for optimal sound quality, clarity, and a professional finish.

Part 2: Wine & Music Pairing Segments (4-6 Songs)

  • Song Curation Guidance: Advising on optimal song selection for editing purposes.
  • Shorter Edits: Professional editing of 4 to 6 pre-selected songs to an appropriate length to perfectly accompany the tasting of each wine.
  • Smooth Transitions: Crafting artistic transitions between each song segment to ensure a continuous and fluid audio experience.

Part 3: Outro Segment (Outro)

  • AI Voiceover: Production of a concluding voiceover using AI text-to-speech technology to summarize the experience and offer closing remarks.Multiple versions will be generated for selection.
  • AI Background Music: Composition of an original outro musical theme using AI tools, designed to provide a cohesive and satisfying conclusion. Multiple versions will be generated for selection.
  • Mixing & Mastering: Integration of the AI voiceover and background music for a polished and impactful closing segment.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment: A deposit of R3,000.00 in wine is required to commence work. The remaining R2,000.00 is due upon project completion and before final file delivery.
  • Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing all final voiceover scripts and selected songs in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the estimated 25 hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
